Director, Industrial Sales Enablement

Job Description The Director of Sales Enablement is responsible for Sales Enablement initiatives that improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the industrial sales force, and driving overall organizational alignment around sales effectiveness strategies and playbooks. This position will act as an integrating role between the Industrial Sales Organizations, Marketing, Product Development, Business Technologies, Finance, Human Resources and other RWSC cross functional teams supporting the Field Sales Organizations. This role will partner with key stakeholders to develop, communicate, and deploy industrial selling processes and programs to the global industrial sales force, supporting the strategic direction of the Industrial Sales Leaders; Manage and direct efforts to update, analyze and disseminate output from the Industrial Customer Planning Model (ICPM) to facilitate efforts by marketing, sales and finance teams to apply resources and analyze results; Direct and enable adoption of existing sales tools to support sales processes. Drive efforts to identify future tools and capabilities needed to advance the effectiveness of the Red Wing Shoe Co.'s Industrial Sales efforts; Develop and disseminate Pre and Post-Sale analytics focused on resource deployment, lead management analysis, team and program effectiveness, as well as future strategic ideation and support. Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a B.S. /B.A Degree in business or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Enablement/Sales Operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Direct Field Sales experience and Field Sales Management experience with demonstrated success, in a highly networked organization; Experience creating and implementing successful sales initiatives and sales playbooks; Demonstrated experience with providing strategic guidance, insights and knowledge to sales organizations regarding sales strategies; Experience with leveraging CRM software such as Salesforce.com, to profitably manage sales pipeline; Experience with/exposure to international business and an understanding of how cultural differences and practices should be considered when shaping strategy and practice; Direct Field Sales experience in the footwear industry preferred. Candidates will have excellent relationship building and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to get results through influence and collaboration with organizational partners; Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and articulate business needs and challenges, and formulate pragmatic, effective recommendations for key business decisions; Ability to identify, create and establish metrics that are key indicators of sales performance, and provide actionable insights for the Field Sales Organization; Exhibits knowledge and ability to incorporate emerging industry and technology practices when solving business problems; Understanding of sales incentive programs; Strong financial and business acumen; understands the dynamics of the business and the business strategy; Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.  This job requires travel both domestically and internationally, and candidates will need a USA passport. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
