Sr. Sales Effectiveness Change Leader

Job Description The Sr. Sales Effectiveness Change Leader is responsible to lead and implement our change leadership framework, including training and adoption strategies, to ensure the effectiveness of our global selling enterprise. This person will closely partner and align with the Sales Enablement team and global selling organizations to achieve business results.  This position will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Services, Product Development, Business Technologies, Finance, Human Resources and other RWSC cross- functional teams supporting the global sales enterprise. As the change leader for key initiatives impacting the global sales enterprise, this role will assess the change impact, identify what's changing for individual roles, then design and execute change leadership plans.  As teacher/trainer, this role will build comprehensive sales-related learning plans including relevant learning assets, deliver inspirational and impactful learning experiences that produce results.  This person will ensure effective onboarding for new sales employees and existing employees put in new sales roles. This role ensures adoption by the selling enterprise through continuous teaching, coaching, mentoring, analyzing, planning, organizing, recommending, creating, collaborating.  Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a B.S. /B.A. Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Change Leadership or related area, and minimum of 7 years of sales training experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree desirable. Candidates must also have sales training & development experience with demonstrated success in adoption, in a highly networked organization; Experience with utilization and/or training of a selling framework and comprehensive methodology; Experience building and deploying learning assets and measuring effectiveness; Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com and LMS such as Cornerstone; Experience in industrial footwear/workwear sales preferred. The right candidate will have the proven ability to be an inspirational and effective teacher and coach to a global sales enterprise; Thrives in a collaborative, matrixed organization; Ability to assess, create, deploy learning plans and measure effectiveness of sales learning initiatives; Agile, change-oriented mindset with change leadership abilities; Innovative, creative and willing to try new ways of doing things, coupled with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities; Exposure to international business/training with an understanding of how cultural differences and practices should be considered to yield business results; Ability to easily translate complex technical and business process into consumable deliverables; Prioritizes and executes in a fast paced, high-pressure environment; Proficient using content authoring, learning delivery, collaboration and communication tools such as Articulate Storyline, Movavi, Audacity, WebEx Training, SharePoint, Microsoft Office suite, Eloqua or related technology; Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook This job requires travel both domestically and internationally, and candidates will need a USA passport.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
