Premier designer and manufacturer of material handling carts, cages, racks, and automation equipment used in dairies and newspaper operations. As New Market Development Manager you will be responsible for creating and evolving market strategies that have relevance and application to the business segment. You will collaborate closely with the senior leadership, Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing Teams to develop these strategies, based on qualified market research data and trends. In doing so you will gain and maintain a hands-on knowledge of product offerings and help to drive ideas and concepts for new products or improvements on existing products, establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influence's, key customers and strategic partners. Essential Experience Required:   Experience in identifying and vetting potential new markets through use of internal and external resources to determine best fit options for expansion and growth. Research, analyze and monitoring financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity. Proven experience establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers, key customers and strategic partners. Experience designing and analyzing primary research (quantitative + qualitative), that is VOC, with a strong focus on ROI. Ability to assist in building a best-in-class product development life-cycle process, leveraging internal and external resources from consumer and client insights to product launch and post-launch evaluation Participate and contribute market point-of-view in client project planning and drives innovation by utilizing strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills to go beyond the data to uncover insights and trends. Ability to develop and recommend product positioning, packaging and pricing strategy that are within budget and timetable constraints. Develop and manage R & D operating budget. Proven ability to cultivate, manage and nurture relationships with key external resources/vendors that result in reliable, quality products and ultimately client satisfaction Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering or related field (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience) 5+ years of market development experience, with successful achievements in development, implementation and/or execution, preferably within the material handling, supply chain, distribution or related industries.   Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:   Highly conceptual thinker who is disciplined in project and program management skills, that includes meeting budgets  and deadlines. Highly focused self-starter who works independently and also collaborates well with colleagues at all levels Successful experience managing external resources/vendors and developing mutually beneficial relationships Experience leading dynamic idea-sessions and successful experience with consumer insight generation Marketing / research software knowledge/experience, a plus Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills Our client is a member of a large group offering excellent benefits, training, compensation and bonus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
