Sr. Business Technology Business Partner

Job Description The Business Technology Business Partner owns the strategic technology relationship with the business units they support. They are responsible for visioning the technology strategy that will enable the business capabilities required to achieve our short and long-term strategic plans. Partnering closely with the business, the Business Partner will develop a rolling, multi-year technology vision that includes enabling new capabilities all the way to managing day to day operations of existing systems. The Business Partner will also play an active role in planning and mobilizing the cross-functional teams to execute specific projects, partnering withProject managers to proactively manage scope, schedule, budget, issues and risks. As investment opportunities emerge, the Business Partner will work to create the business case and steward the investment through the capital planning approval process. Responsible for mapping business opportunities to technology systems or opportunities, creating a rolling multi-year solution roadmap . Manage the portfolio of projects on behalf of your business partners, actively communicating status of portfolio projects, risk and issues. Drive work prioritization, planning, task delegation, budget setting and management, stakeholder management, and coordination across multiple teams. Responsible for defining epics, writing features and directing the creation of stories that will be picked up by various teams. Actively groom the backlog, provide clarity to questions raised from development teams, and clearly communicate priorities. Identify potential technology partners (software, consulting services, or otherwise), negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing vendor relationships.  Keep track of emerging technology, retail, and consumer trends and translate those to potential investment opportunities to drive value for your business partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) from four-year college or university, and a minimum of ten years of technology, retail, manufacturing or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience and 5 years of experience developing strategic plans and executing projects. Experience in identifying potential technology partners (software, consulting services, or otherwise), negotiating agreements, and managing the ongoing vendor relationship. Experience in Scaled Agile Framework. Certification in PMP, Scrum Master or Scaled Agile Framework desired.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
