We are looking for quality candidates for our fast-paced and hands-on manufacturing positions at Red Wing Shoe Company. Our manufacturing positions require attention to detail, quality output, and efficiency. Employees may work in team settings and/or independently.
We are hiring for Production Operator positions (must apply online only):
Day Shift Monday ? Thursday 6:00am ? 3pm and Friday 6:00am ? Noon; and
2nd Shift Monday ? Thursday, 4:00 pm ? 2:30 am.
Starting wage is $15.55 per hour. After 6 months hourly rate increases to $16.55 hour. There is a 5% incentive for 2nd shift.
Employees working 2nd Shift receive a 5% shift premium. Our manufacturing facility is a union shop and offers competitive wages and benefits.
RequirementsBasic qualifications include:
0-2 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment
Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp and perform additional movements as required by specific equipment and work processes.
Ability to work effectively as a team
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
