4 x 10 schedule, 5pm to 3:

Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
continuously and occasionally up to 75 lbs.

Must understand this position has a direct impact to the quality of product produced.
Must wear proper PPE and practice safe work habits.
Must be able to be cross trained and multitask.
Select appropriate log forms to ensure proper application to form the fiber logs for our hearth products.
Mixing, molding, forming, and paintings of fiber logs and refectory along with related sub-assemblies.
Cleaning and maintain log machines and molds daily.
